1. What data we receive

the name and Telegram username or WhatsApp number you enter in the request form;
the description of your goal, the platforms you select, your budget and preferred contact method;
if you are a channel owner: the link to your channel or account, the platform, the audience size and what you told us about the channel;
technical data: IP address, browser type, date and time of the request;
the website language you have chosen, stored in a technical cookie (see Section 6).

2. Why we process it

to contact you, respond to your request and prepare a channel shortlist or an offer;
to offer channel owners placements from advertisers;
to conclude and perform a contract if we start working together;
to improve the website and understand which content is useful to visitors.

3. Where and for how long data is stored

The recording, systematization, accumulation and storage of personal data of citizens of Russia are carried out in databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Request data is stored until the purposes of processing have been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, but for no longer than three years from your last contact with us. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties, except where this is necessary to respond to your request and perform a contract (for example, to notification services with which we have concluded a confidentiality agreement, or to the owner of a channel where you buy advertising through us), and where required by law.

5. Your rights

You may request information about which of your data we process, demand that it be corrected, blocked or deleted, and withdraw your consent to processing. To do so, write to hello@inmediaagency.com — we will reply within 10 business days.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website does not use any web analytics services, including Yandex Metrica, and sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

The website sets only one technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which holds the code of the chosen language (for example, en). It is needed so that the website opens in that language the next time you visit it. The cookie is set only when the page language differs from your browser language (for example, after you switch languages) and is kept until you close the browser.

If you describe your goal in the field at the top of the home page and go on to the form, the text is temporarily saved in the storage of the current browser tab (sessionStorage) so that it can be filled into the request form. It is not sent to us until you submit the request and is deleted after the request is sent or when you close the tab.

You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings — the website will continue to work but will not remember the chosen language.

7. Consent to the processing of personal data

By submitting a request on the website and ticking the consent box in the form, you freely, of your own will and in your own interest give Ai-En Media LLC your consent to the processing of the personal data entered in the form (name, Telegram username or WhatsApp number, information about your goal) for the purpose of contacting you and preparing an offer.

The consent covers the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer to the extent described in Section 4, anonymization, blocking and deletion of data, with or without the use of automation tools. The consent is valid until the purposes of processing have been achieved and may be withdrawn by writing to hello@inmediaagency.com.
